Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Test Manager to join a regulatory reporting project focused on implementing changes related to NACE code standards. The role requires end-to-end ownership of the testing phase, coordinating efforts across source systems and downstream processes to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure of all testing activities.

Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders across multiple systems to ensure smooth coordination and alignment.

Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial and regulatory reporting data throughout the project.

Create, document, and maintain detailed test strategies, test plans, test cases, and reports that meet regulatory standards.

Manage defects efficiently using defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Apply knowledge of test automation concepts and tools like Selenium or Cypress to support testing efforts (experience is a plus but not mandatory).

Must-Have Technical Skills:

Proven track record of managing testing lifecycles in complex data and reporting environments, ideally in finance or banking.

Solid experience working with financial or regulatory reporting systems, understanding their challenges and compliance needs.

Deep understanding of data flow processes, including how data moves between upstream source systems and downstream reporting platforms.

Strong ability to design and document comprehensive test strategies, test cases, and reports aligned with regulatory requirements.

Hands-on familiarity with defect management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms for tracking and resolving issues.

Basic knowledge of test automation principles and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) to help improve testing efficiency.

Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with both technical and business teams.

Fluent English skills to write clear documentation and collaborate with international teams.

Nice to Have:

Good understanding of the NACE classification system and its application in financial reporting projects.

Previous experience working on regulatory change projects or compliance-driven initiatives.

ISTQB certification or a similar recognized testing certification demonstrating expertise in test management and quality assurance.
