The project:
Our client in the insurance sector is looking for a Senior test automation, performance and security test manager to join their team.
Test automation:
Technical ownership and vision
Test automation strategy for all departments
Drive the test automation community (offshore and internal)
Performance testing:
Technical ownership and vision
Performance test strategy for all departments
Implement performance test framework
Drive the external partnership
Security testing:
Technical ownership and vision
Security test strategy for all departments
Improve current unit test framework (code inspections, vulnerability scanning)
Implement security test framework
Drive external partnerships
Participate in threat-led-penetration-testing (tlpt)
Test and release management:
Test release management and reporting
Quality assurance, reviews and follow up
Coaching, directing and supporting
Test trainings
Support test management tooling
Implement guidelines and procedures
Drive test community
Is this you?
Technical/ict knowledge:
Higher education or equivalent by experience
Familiar with development methods (agile and v-model)
Knowledge of test design techniques
Knowledge of istqb®, tmap®, stbox™, or other test methodologies
Experience with test management tools (preference for jira and zephyr enterprise)
Experience with test automation concepts and test automation tools (preference for tricentis – tosca and neoload for performance testing)
Knowledge of itil® processes
Familiar with quality assurance and risk management

Work experience:
Experienced in, or is eager to gain knowledge about, the insurance business processes and the insurance sector
At least 5 years of experience as test analyst/tester
At least 5 years of experience as test coordinator/manager within multiple simultaneous small projects or one large project
Affinity with non-functional tests as security testing and performance testing
