Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and frameworks for payment systems and financial applications.
Lead a team of testers, providing mentorship, support, and performance management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
Manage end-to-end testing processes, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards within the payments and financial domain.
Leverage automation tools and best practices to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Identify and mitigate risks related to testing, ensuring minimal disruption to production environments.
Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to align with agile and DevOps methodologies.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Test Manager, preferably within the payments and/or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of payment systems, processes, and financial technology.
Proficiency in test management tools and automation frameworks.
Excellent understanding of QA methodologies, test cycles, and defect management.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
