We are looking for a QA Tester to join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality software solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring product quality throughout the software development lifecycle, working closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define, execute, and improve testing processes.

Location: Lisbon
Responsibilities:
- Design, prepare, and execute functional and non-functional test cases.
- Manage test plans, test executions, and defect tracking activities.
- Validate business requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
- Create and maintain test documentation and reporting artifacts.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Participate in quality assurance process improvements and testing best practices.
- Support UAT activities and release validation processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in Software Quality Assurance and manual testing.
- Hands-on experience with ALM/Quality Center (QC) is valued.
- Strong knowledge of Jira for defect management and test lifecycle tracking.
- Experience with test management tools and structured testing methodologies.
- Understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management processes.
- ISTQB Certification (Foundation Level or higher) is a big plus.
- Experience writing and executing detailed test cases and test scenarios.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Professional proficiency in French.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of API testing tools.
- Exposure to test automation frameworks.
- Experience supporting UAT and business validation activities.
