Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed electrical testing for motors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with technical standards.
Operate and maintain advanced test bench systems and related equipment.
Analyze motor performance, including efficiency, temperature rise, and vibration levels.
Collaborate with engineering teams to validate motor prototypes and customized designs.
Prepare detailed reports on test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
Support continuous improvement in testing processes and laboratory procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent technical field.
Hands-on experience with testing and evaluating low-voltage electric motors is highly preferred.
Proficiency in using electrical testing tools and measurement devices (e.g., oscilloscopes, test benches).
Familiarity with motor design fundamentals and common testing processes.
Familiarity with VFD configurations and parameters
Proficiency in German; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
