Job Scope
Responsible for user acceptance test planning and execution.
Work directly with system owners to understand detailed design for user requirements and roll-out dates.
Coordinate with business user on the test schedule, test scenarios and obtain sign-off for completed test execution.
Document test scenarios and test steps to create test scripts for users.
Execute test scenarios and test steps base on test scope.
Monitor and report status of test execution and fixes.
Coordinate with developers of feature/fix roll-out.
Checking of data integrity.
Following up on UAT issues.
Assist with system documents and user training.
Assist with users’ enquiries.
Job Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent field
Minimum 1 year experience in web and mobile application testing in the banking industry.
Good analytic skills to process complex requirement to come up with end-to-end scenarios and test cases.
Familiar with agile and waterfall methodology and understand the life cycle of testing in both automated and manual testing.
With stakeholder engagement skills and good verbal and written communication, as this will need to collaborate closely across multiple teams during project execution.
Good team player with excellent organizational skills and can work independently with minimum guidance.
