Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Testing and Programming Specialist to join the Data Center Power & Control Division Team in Lake Forest, CA. The Testing and Programming Specialist will produce finished good compatible parts for customer orders.
What Will You Do?
The main responsibilities of this role are to proactively participate in test lab operations including, but not limited to:
Program product EEPROMs based on order specifications and use code file templates to complete.
Test programmed network products in equipment to validate performance and compatibility. Ensure smooth interaction with various components for stable network operations.
Document and record test results meticulously, linking them to corresponding manufacturing orders.
Assist with processing the quality control tests of new inbound inventory.
Assist with RMA department by retesting returned goods.
Qualifications
Required Skills
Education:
High School Diploma.
Experience:
1-3 years in the technology industry.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Knowledge and experience with PO’s, Sales Order, Invoice, Product, RMA (a plus).
Efficient and Positive Work Ethic (Sense of Urgency).
Excellent Communications Skills (Written and Spoken).
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (Fluent in Office Suite).
High level customer service focus and professionalism.
Self-motivated, with the ability to problem solve and multi-task effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing daily workloads.
Salary Range: $23.00-$26.00/hourly
