Responsibilities
Lead the quality assurance process for projects within the group benefit insurance domain
Conduct thorough functional testing to ensure all features and functionalities meet the specified requirements
Perform system testing to validate the integration and performance of various components within the system
Perform User Acceptance Testing UAT to ensure the final product meets the end users needs and expectations
Develop and maintain test plans test cases and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications
Collaborate with cross functional teams including developers business analysts and project managers to identify and resolve defects and issues
Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress defects and overall quality status to stakeholders
Mentor and guide junior quality analysts in best practices and methodologies
Manage and maintain defects in Jira
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance with a focus on the group benefit insurance domain
Knowledge of Vitech V3locity product modules
Strong expertise in functional testing system testing and UAT
Proficiency in test management tools and software
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail oriented with a commitment to delivering high quality results
Hands on experience with Jira tool
