Job Summary
ibex for one of its global clients is seeking a detail-oriented Testing Specialist (QAT/UAT) to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of digital products and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing test scenarios, creating test cases, identifying and tracking defects, validating business requirements, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. The role requires close collaboration with developers, business stakeholders, product teams, and end users to ensure successful product delivery.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, QAT, UAT, or a related domain.
- Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing methodologies.
- Experience with defect tracking tools and test management platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working on customer-centric digital products and technology solutions is preferred.
