Role Description
The Trainee Merchandiser will play a vital role in supporting the merchandising team by coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth production and delivery processes. Responsibilities include order processing, monitoring production timelines, ensuring quality standards, and supporting marketing strategies. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Basic knowledge or experience in Sales and Retail operations to support order processing and distribution.
- Understanding of Marketing concepts and techniques to collaborate with the marketing team effectively.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently, maintain timelines, and ensure quality control within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic office and management software tools; familiarity with MIS systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in the textile or apparel industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
