Job Description:We're looking for motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce QA Engineers to join our team immediately. As a QA Engineer, you'll be responsible for supporting the quality assurance of our Salesforce applications, developing and executing test cases under mentorship, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and assist in developing and executing test cases for Salesforce applications
- Support test automation efforts using Selenium or Playwright under senior guidance
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and flag defects
- Assist in maintaining test documentation including test plans and test reports
- Log, track, and follow up on defects using tools such as Jira
- Participate in Agile development ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts (SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle)
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform via Trailhead, coursework, or self-learning
- Eagerness to learn automation tools (Selenium / Playwright)
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice To Have
- Salesforce Trailhead badges or certifications (e.g., Salesforce Associate, Admin 201)
- Basic knowledge of any programming language (Java, JavaScript, Python)
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology
- Familiarity with API concepts (REST / SOAP)
- Any internship or academic project experience in QA or Salesforce
