As the Training and Quality Specialist, you will take on a diverse set of responsibilities, such as:
To coordinate, schedule, and perform orientation, initial and recurrent trainings
Maintain and support with all personal data and training records in MINT, success factors or any other learning management system application
Apply and upload external trainings
Develop training programs and courses
Assist, create and monitor upcoming tasks with the QA department
Prepare and participate in internal and external audits
Duties for Document Control
Perform duties as assigned by Quality Manager
* All other duties as assigned or required

High school diploma/GED required
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 5 years in Aviation/Quality/Training or related required
Fluency in English language required
German and other language desirable
