As a QA Coding Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our Home Health and Hospice operations, improving processes, and leading a high-performing team to success.
Responsibilities:
Process Ownership: Develop, document, and refine workflows and best practices for Home Health and Hospice operations while ensuring full compliance with Conditions of Participation (COP)
Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct in-depth QA reviews of Home Health and Hospice documentation, including Plan of Care, OASIS/HIS, visit notes, and coding
Training & Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance regulatory knowledge, compliance, and best practices
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and all relevant compliance standards are strictly followed
Performance Improvement: Lead Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives to optimize operational efficiency
Client Relations: Act as the subject matter expert and primary liaison for Home Health and Hospice clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage client feedback, prioritize requests, and drive seamless operations
Issue Resolution: Address client concerns, resolve escalations, and implement corrective measures to prevent future issues
Administrative Support: Prepare reports, track client cases, and regularly update stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years in Home Health/Hospice operations, QA, compliance, or clinical auditing
Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, CoP, and regulatory requirements
Experience in QA reviews (Plan of Care, OASIS/HIS, visit notes, coding)
Training, staff development, or process improvement experience is a plus
Client-facing experience with proven relationship-building skills
Willingness to work night shifts and can start immediately
