as Training Officer from a Hospitality background. The key duties & responsibilities of this position include:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Research and lead the operational department to achieve the following:
Quality Control
:
Performance evaluation to identify the difference between actual performance and objectives.
Improved Quality:
Establish the infrastructure and team to implement quality improvement efforts.
Prepare a study and recommendations for application assessment system audits for controlling the quality of services in the restaurant.
Review all reports, initiate and draft forms for quality management plans and statistics.
Consult and coordinate with management and operational heads to determine SOP requirements and provide quality assessment review of SOP for concerned departments.
Assist all departments with regulatory audits.
Lead the operational departments in determining the service aspects to be monitored.
Develop appropriate indicators to measure the quality of service aspects.
Collect data for such indicators and set the standard results.
Initiate and endorse quality standards checklist for all departments and ensure timely execution.
Prepare an Annual Audit Plan for all departments identifying schedule and time frames.
Support all departments in developing cutting-edge functional excellence and in developing
leadership
capabilities.
Identify individual and company training needs through staff appraisals and meetings with managers.
Prepare training plans & programs to meet the identified training needs.
Evaluate training to ensure the effectiveness of training is monitored.
