Job Description: The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1. Operates CMM, SPC, Optical measuring machines, hand tools, and any other QC/metrology equipment for the inspection of product.
2. Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
3. Validate first piece and first articles inspection as needed and provide timely feed back to CNC programming and ATM customers.
4. Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100 standards and quality management principles
5. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions.
6. Knowledge of CGMP regulations relevant to the manufacturing process.
7. Ensures gages are calibrated and working correctly and plant 5S/house keeping standards are completed for work areas.
8. Communicates to production manager and shift supervisor and fellow team members any issue with discrepant material.
9. Arranges shift handoff so appropriate communication between shifts occurs.
10. Understands and prioritizes daily inspection requirements from Engineering/QC management, Production manager, and shift Supervisors.
11. Completes and documents daily work requirements and notes specific issues for communication to next shift.
12. Complete and Sign Routers and Travelers per policy. Never pass a defective part to the next team member.
13. As needed, perform discrepant part disposition (MRB) per the Control of Non-Conforming Product procedures.
14. Always work to the company ISO procedures, policies, and work instructions.
15. Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
16. Ensures quality goals are met.
17. Other reasonable duties.
Job Requirements:
In addition to the above, We are seeking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team with minimum 7-10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our production processes. The successful inspector will have background in GD&T and blueprint reading and the ability to develop inspection criteria based on visual inspection equipment’s, CMM, visual inspection, and manual inspection instruments to verify quality efficiently and effectively for first piece, prototype and production. Knowledge of the latest inspection technologies is necessary. Working in and with the team and communicating clearly and professionally with co-workers is essential.

Pay: $28.08 – $29.65 per hour
