Full Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor food safety programs
Perform sampling procedures and record data
Monitor and inspect boxes staged for export loads to meet specific country requirements
Inspect and monitor incoming and returned product
Monitor working environment
Maintain daily records
Collaborate with production and maintenance to implement food safety programs
Perform weight checks, procedure verification checks, calibration procedures
Maintain a positive attendance record by demonstrating consistent and punctual attendance on a regular basis
Perform other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Ability to prioritize tasks
Must have basic computer skills
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Minimum 6 months experience in a production environment, preferably meat/food production
Minimum 6 months experience in Quality Assurance
