Title: UAT Lead

Oversee UAT programs involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners in a multi-vendor, complex environment.
Coordinate with the Eligibility and Enrollment System vendor (SaaS product), ensuring integration with federal and state systems (e.g., CMS, IRS, Medicaid) and private sector partners (web-brokers, carriers).
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI, and PII standards across all vendors and systems.
Utilize Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies to optimize test execution and align with modern SDLC practices.
Employ test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM) for test planning, defect tracking, and UAT governance.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among business, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
Implement risk assessment, impact analysis, and test optimization strategies.
Promote process improvement through test automation, DevOps integration, and continuous improvement best practices.
Leverage technical proficiency in cloud-based SaaS, API testing, data analytics, SQL, and business intelligence tools for test validation.
Preferred experience with CMS integrations, test automation tools (Selenium, Tosca, Cypress), 834 enrollment files, and knowledge of Affordable Care Act (ACA) regulations and health insurance exchanges.
Encourage innovation and private sector engagement to enhance consumer experiences in shopping and enrollment.
Key Skills Required
10+ years in UAT, quality assurance, and software testing
Multi-vendor and outsourced testing team management
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and test management tools
Knowledge of SDLC, release management, and UAT governance
Cloud SaaS and API testing expertise
Data analytics and SQL proficiency
Project management experience (PMP, ISTQB, or CSM certifications preferred)
Exposure to government or health insurance projects
