Title: UP OIL Quality Assurance Officer

Responsibilities
Assist the Director in the implementation of quality management system initiatives (e.g.,
ISO) and compliance with national government regulations (e.g., ARTA and CSC), which includes:
- Preparation of reportorial requirements and data for submission to requesting units and institutions
- Publish proposals for internal guidelines on quality management and government regulations
- Monitor and evaluate tasks and activities of members of the OIL team in compliance with set rules and regulations
Lead the Ecology section in the conduct of staff training and wellness concerns
Conduct regular audits, reviews, and assessments of workflows, documentation, and outputs to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement;
Provide recommendations and corrective actions to address identified issues and enhance overall process efficiency and effectiveness
Coordinate with various units to ensure alignment of quality standards across programs, projects, and services
Facilitate the documentation and standardization of processes to support consistency and continuous improvement
Provide guidance and capacity-building support to staff on quality assurance practices, tools, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Master’s degree and/or Doctorate units in Human Resources Management (or equivalent)
- At least two (2) years of related experience in implementing quality management system initiatives (e.g., ISO) and compliance with national government regulations (e.g., ARTA and CSC)
- Possesses ISO Certifications and other certifications in relation to Quality Assurance
- Must be physically and mentally fit to work.
