Responsibilities:
Lead the quality team to ensure the production of high-quality products.
Collaborate with internal departments to foster a quality-conscious environment and achieve zero-defect production.
Guide the quality team and coordinate with relevant departments on quality enhancement and Kaizen initiatives.
Comprehend customer manufacturing quality requirements and ensure alignment with business agreements.
Prepare and share internal and external quality reports and analyses with relevant departments and customers.
Lead and facilitate customer audits.
Oversee ISO implementation within the company.
Ensure compliance with product certification requirements as specified by customers.
Supervise and track MRB activities, including RTV, material aging, and cost implications.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality environment.
Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Solid understanding of ISO management, customer audits, and production qualification.
Compliance with RBA standards.
