“An Amazon Devices Lab Assistantcommonly referred to as a Device Associateplays a crucial role in testing, validating, and supporting the development of Amazon’s consumer electronics, including devices like Echo, Fire TV, and Ring. These positions are often based in Amazon’s USA offices, such as those in Sunnyvale and Santa Clara.

Device Setup & Troubleshooting: Prepare devices for testing scenarios, including thermal assessments, and diagnose basic hardware or software issues.
Data Capture & Documentation: Utilize software tools dashboards to capture test data and maintain detailed records of lab equipments.
Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams across different regions (e.g., US, China, India) to ensure timely delivery of results and escalate issues as needed.
Lab Maintenance: Organize and maintain lab equipment, devices, and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
< Qualifications Basic Requirements: A bachelor's degree in any field is typically required. Technical Skills: Familiarity with QA methodologies and tools. Experience with Linux environments and basic scripting (e.g., Python) is advantageous.
