BASIC SCOPE / PURPOSE: We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Lead Quality Inspector to oversee quality control activities at our facility. This key role is responsible for ensuring all materials processed on the assigned production line meet both company and customer standards for quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in quality assurance, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in production.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily quality control operations on the production line.
Supervise and support a small team of quality inspectors.
Verify proper labeling and packaging of finished goods.
Ensure compliance with all customer quality specifications and regulatory standards.
Identify and resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality data.
Train and mentor quality inspectors on procedures and best practices.
