VA Program Educator/Quality Assurance Review Nurse Jobs in Arlington, VA at Provider Resources, Inc.

Hours: 3rd Shift Hours

Sunday (10:30pm-6:30am)

Monday-Thursday (7:00pm-6:30am)

Pay: $55,000-$59,000

Summary:

1. Responsible for overall quality control of KD parts, FIFO control, sorting, line-call control and EPI management.

2. Revise and create SOP as needed and ISO standard.

Responsibilities:

1. FIFO Control – Oversee block and unblock status for any cases that are applied new EO or requested by supplier or customer. – Control FIFO process to ensure any old parts inventory status before releasing new parts to prevent any obsolete inventory and line trouble.

2. Sorting job control – As per request of customers or supplier, make a work order to 3rd party sorting company and supervise sorting jobs to be able to meet production requirement with conformance parts and customer’s requirement based on inspection standard. – Evaluate sorting process and results of subcontractors.

3. Line call control from HMMA – Take a necessary action against KD part problem that noticed from either customers or line worker to prevent line shortage and further line stop. – Check and replace non-conforming parts to conformance parts at line side and Bin inventory ASAP. – Prepare for sorting process with sorting subcontractors upon request of HMMA QC or part suppliers.

Secondary Responsibilities:

1. EPI MANAGEMENT (※EPI: Effective Point Information) – Monitor inventory status on every logistics procedure until arrives at CY of GLOVIS ALABAMA. – Whenever releasing new EO parts to the CC inventory, all information with IPDN would be sharing with related departments through specific mail chain to be able to support HMMA.

2. Manage SOP and renewal process – Ensure the overall SOP for department to be updated as latest.

3. Package audit – Conduct a package audit to ensure them have proper labeling, packaging with a standard, and no part damage.

4. Control pilot stage for new vehicle project – Inspect pilot parts based on inspection standard with HMMA PQ. – Cooperate with Glovis HQ to be able to being improve parts for any quality issue found by inspection.

Tertiary Responsibilities:

1. Insurance claim process for containers that has caused wet damaged on KD parts.

2. Monitor and patrol the KD parts located in CC to be able to be detected any package issues and other problem in advance.

3. Ensure the LOT traceability parts to have proper label on the parts and being scanned without failure.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

1. Strong knowledge and understanding of the automobile parts manufacturing process and warehouse operations.

2. Ability to communicate effectively with customer and KD part’s vendors.

3. Skilled in MS Office; able to review, analyze quality data and report quality status in progress.

4. Highly organized, efficient and committed to quality control; able to drive quality improvement and enhance the automotive manufacturing environment.

5. Ability to identify problems and provide solutions in a timely manner.

6. HMMA KMMG Quality System Experience. (Including evaluation & Vaatz partner system).

Pay: $55,000.00 – $59,000.00 per year
