Quality Control Technician Litchfield, MN
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products through various inspection methods and data analysis.
Duties:
Conduct quality inspections on products to ensure they meet company standards
Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the production process
Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to verify product dimensions
Fabricate testing equipment and fixtures as needed
Implement and maintain Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles
Collaborate with teams to uphold quality assurance standards
Manage compliance with FDA regulations and quality systems
Qualifications:
Proven experience in quality inspection and data collection
Ability to analyze data and provide insights for process improvement
Proficiency in operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
Familiarity with HACCP principles and quality management practices
Knowledge of FDA regulations and quality systems
