Validation Engineer
Job Description
As a Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for assuring the acceptability ofproducts, traceability, and accuracy of documentation. You willengage in various analytical, auditing, inspection, and productsupport duties. Your primary responsibilities will include newtooling and component inspection, implementing corrective actions,driving continuous quality improvement, and managing gaginginstruments. You will work closely with various departments toreduce process variations and ensure the delivery of qualityproducts that meet all customer requirements.
Additionally, youwill substitute in the absence of the QA Director and play a vitalrole in training other personnel on quality-relatedtasks.

Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Torrington, Connecticut.
Work Environment
This role requires a willingnessto be
hands-on
and spend time on the shop floor. You will also beinvolved in ISO audits or customer audits, and assist with trainingemployees to perform quality tasks to meet quality productionstandards. The position may involve substituting for the QADirector when necessary and actively contributing to continuousimprovement initiatives within the department andcompany-wide.
