Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Quality Assurance Specialist within cross-functional teams, delivering analytical and microbiological insights for:
New product development
Shelf life determination
Plant trial support
Product launch and commercialization
Conduct vendor management through:
Performance data analysis
Onsite audits and compliance checks
Ensuring all components meet quality standards, achieving 100% compliance and zero quality deviations
Uphold product integrity by:
Enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Applying Food Safety Preventive Controls (FSPC)
Adhering to established product specifications and internal quality procedures
Monitor and document quality parameters using standard analytical tools to ensure consistent compliance and reporting accuracy

Proven experience in food or beverage manufacturing QA
Strong grasp of GMP, FSPC, and quality control standards
