QUALITY MANAGER
We are seeking a detailed oriented and results driven individual for our Quality Manager position. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations and oversees the evaluation of products, both manufactured and purchased, for quality and reliability. This positon has the principal accountability for the quality of all products meeting customer expectations. The Quality Manager will develop and implement quality standards to ensure all employees follow procedure to ensure quality/ regulatory standards are met.
The Quality Manager’s strategic focus is to work with the plant operations team to continuously improve the quality that is built into Polyform’s products. This role serves as the catalyst for solving quality issues to ensure consistent high value within the company’s products.
RESPONSBILITIES:
·Develop and implement Quality Program to include product specification, document management, testing protocols and supplier programs
·Ensure on-going customer quality standards are met. Identify, measure, and maintain customer satisfaction and quality related KPIs
·Work with manufacturing to schedule and control inspection activities to attain specified quality standards
·Resolve both internal and external non-conformance by managing Corrective Action plan
·Supervise inspectors, technician and other staff
· In conjunction with purchasing department, actively pursue improvements in supplier quality, OTD and audits
· Member of the cross functional New Product Development team supporting product launches
· Develop, update, and maintain all packaging information as specified by customers
· Assists with other related projects and duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
· 3-5 year of Quality Management experience
· Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Quality Control Management
· Strong communication skills
·Excellent organizational and leadership skills
·Extensive knowledge of SOPs, GMPs, and Quality systems program development
· Experience or training in TQM, ISO, Six Sigma preferred
·Consumer packaged goods manufacturing experience preferred
·Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
