A leading pharmaceutical company in the Jerusalem area is looking for a Validation Team Lead to manage the plant’s validation activities – including equipment and systems validation, computerized systems validation, and cleaning validation in full compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage all validation activities at the site
- Develop and oversee the annual validation plan
- Write, review, and approve validation protocols and reports
- Investigate deviations and non-conformances, define CAPAs, and follow up on implementation
- Work closely with vendors, external contractors, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure project timelines are met, including new equipment implementation
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in validation within the pharmaceutical industry – חובה
- Hands-on experience with equipment, systems, and cleaning validation – חובה
- Previous managerial experience – strong advantage
- In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations
- Experience in writing validation documents and analyzing results
