Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Laboratory Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for mixing samples, conducting various laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of results. This role is crucial in supporting scientific research and quality control processes within our laboratory environment.
Duties
Sample formulation mixing.
Sample testing, measuring, recording and analysis or results including summary reports.
Perform routine laboratory procedures and experiments in accordance with established protocols.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure the integrity of laboratory results.
Preparation of technical documentation.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is functioning properly and safely.
Collaborate with team members to support ongoing scientific research projects.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
Cross functional training in production and logistics.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Chemistry required
Research or work experience in wet chemistry lab preferred
Ability to lift 50+ pounds unassisted with regular frequency
Clean background check
Ability to work on tight deadlines
High level of detail orientation
Must have proven ability to work independently and problem solve complex issues
Ability to hand multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
