Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed inspections and assessments of valves during different phases
Evaluate compliance with applicable industry standards, specifications, and regulations
Perform tests on valves, including pressure testing, functional testing, and non-destructive testing (NDT)
Document all inspections and prepare comprehensive reports, highlighting any variations and recommending corrective actions
Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to address valve-related issues and improve quality assurance processes
Requirements
Proven experience as a valves inspector in the Oil & Gas industry
Comprehensive knowledge of valve types, especially choke control valve, functions, and applicable testing methods
Certification in relevant inspection standards (NDT, API, ASME)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
