Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President of Products, based in Jeddah with some flexibility for remote work. The VP of Products is responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing and overseeing product strategies, managing cross-functional teams, driving product development from ideation through to launch, and analyzing performance metrics to inform decisions. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet user needs and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management to align business goals with product outcomes
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess product performance, and inform strategic decisions
- Proven ability in leading Product Development processes, from concept to delivery
- Experience leading Cross-functional Teams to foster collaboration and achieve shared objectives
- Proficiency in market research and customer-centric design principles
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Understanding of mobile application development and UX/UI design principles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is seen favorably
