Job Overview:
As a Quality Inspector at Cortec, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our sheet metal products. You will be responsible for conducting inspections at various stages of the manufacturing process, from raw materials to the finished product. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed inspections of sheet metal components throughout the production process.
Verify the conformance of materials, dimensions, and specifications according to established quality standards.
Use a variety of inspection tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to ensure accuracy.
Document and report any non-conforming products and work closely with the production team to address quality issues.
Collaborate with other departments to implement and maintain quality control procedures.
Conduct final inspections on finished products before they are shipped to customers.
Provide feedback to the production team to improve processes and prevent quality issues.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Quality Inspector in the sheet metal industry.
Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes and techniques.
Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
