Role Summary:
You will be responsible for ensuring wafer products meet quality standards by developing shipment procedures, improving processes, resolving anomalies, and overseeing staff training.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain wafer product shipment standards and procedures to ensure alignment with customer quality requirements.
Improve the quality of wafer product shipments by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Analyse and address quality control inspection anomalies, promptly resolving customer complaints.
Conduct process analysis and lead continuous improvement initiatives for semiconductor products to elevate overall product quality.
Oversee training and certification programs for quality control personnel to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and procedures.
Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Materials, Chemical Engineering, or other related engineering or science disciplines
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Personal Attributes:
May need to travel to Taiwan for a training period lasting 6 to 9 months.
Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Able to be reliable and accountable in all tasks and responsibilities.
Have the drive to achieve goals and complete tasks independently.
Proficient in effectively conveying information through both written and verbal communication.
