Schedule: Part time or full time, 20–40 hours per week

Our headquarters and warehouse are based in Santa Cruz, CA, and we sell directly to consumers as well as through U.S. and international retail and distribution partners.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly methodical, detail oriented individual to support our Warehouse Assistant with quality control, product kitting, and shipping preparation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our customers’ first experience with Method Seven products is flawless.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control inspections on eyewear and packaging
- Learn and accurately identify Method Seven product lines, naming conventions, and labeling
- Assemble and kit eyewear for final packaging
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory counts and inventory management
- Support order processing and shipping preparation
- Communicate clearly with team members to maintain smooth daily workflow
Additional Skills That Are a Plus:
- Experience with shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS)
- Familiarity with ShipStation, Amazon fulfillment, or international shipping (customs & duties)
- Basic experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn eyewear basics and quality control principles
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets
- Accurate counting skills
- Good mechanical and spatial reasoning for packing
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a small-team environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to maintain a professional and composed demeanor in a dynamic work setting
Compensation & Growth:
- $16.50–$20 per hour, based on experience
- Part time role or full time (20-40 hrs/week)
