Product Testing & Quality Control Associate
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to test, inspect, clean, and evaluate consumer products before they are prepared for resale.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring products are functional, clean, complete, and accurately graded. You’ll work with a wide variety of items, including electronics, household appliances, tools, gaming equipment, kitchen products, and other consumer goods.
Responsibilities
- Test products to verify they function properly.
- Clean and prepare products to meet company quality standards before resale.
- Inspect items for cosmetic damage, missing parts, or defects.
- Determine whether products are complete or identify any missing accessories.
- Accurately grade product condition based on company standards.
- Separate products into categories such as Ready for Resale, Needs Repair, Parts Only, or Recycling.
- Record testing results and product information using company software.
- Repackage products for inventory and shipment when applicable.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation while handling products with care.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow testing procedures and instructions.
- Basic computer skills.
- Comfortable working with a wide variety of consumer products and electronics.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience in quality control, warehouse operations, electronics testing, product inspection, or cleaning/detailing is a plus but not required.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in restoring products to the best possible condition. Training will be provided, but applicants should be dependable, motivated, and eager to learn.
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
