Job Title: Assistant Quality Control Manager

Location: NCR Bethesda, MD
Contract Duration: 5 Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Assistant Quality Control Manager to provide facilities operations support services in NCR Bethesda, MD. This role is responsible for ensuring all services meet the highest quality standards in compliance with contract requirements, regulations, and industrys best practices.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a robust quality control program to ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), applicable laws, and best commercial practices.
Conduct routine inspections and audits to verify adherence to contract specifications and performance standards.
Identify and address deficiencies, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions, preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure operational compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Provide training and guidance to staff to reinforce quality standards and compliance requirements.
Be available on-site during regular working hours and within two hours after hours if required.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum five (5) years of experience managing contracts of similar size and scope, including leadership roles.
Preferred certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt or ISO 9001 Certification.
Ensure all supplies and services comply with government quality assurance requirements.
Must be eligible to obtain a Base Pass for installation access.

This is a contract position with a duration of 5 months.
