Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using WebDriverIO
Write comprehensive test cases and scripts for application functionality and regression testing
Execute test scripts, analyze results, and report defects in a clear and concise manner
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to understand application requirements and testing needs
Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and best practices in test automation
Continuously improve automation processes to increase efficiency and coverage
Stay updated with the latest WebDriverIO features and enhancements to optimize testing strategies
Requirements
Proven experience with WebDriverIO and automation testing frameworks
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with TypeScript is a plus
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
Experience with CI/CD tools and processes, particularly in relation to automated testing
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile team environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
