Job Title: Website Fulfillment Specialist
Location: Office-based in Tambaram, Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Description: We are looking for a highly adaptable and forward-thinking Website Fulfillment Specialist. The ideal candidate is a digital creator who loves building stunning, high-performance websites using the latest technology. You will be the expert builder, using a variety of platforms to deliver exceptional websites for our clients, translating their needs into tangible digital assets that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Build websites for our clients using the best tool for the job, including WordPress (with Elementor/Divi), AI-powered website builders (e.g., Lovable, Bolt), and other modern page-builder platforms.
● A strong willingness to learn and apply PHP and JavaScript is essential. You will be expected to update backend functionality in core WordPress and other page builder systems as part of your role
● Manage the technical execution of client website projects from the initial brief and Figma mockups through to quality assurance and final launch.
● Implement e-commerce solutions tailored to each client and platform, whether it's WooCommerce on WordPress or native e-commerce modules on other builders.
● Actively research, learn, and implement new and emerging web development tools and AI technologies to increase efficiency and deliver superior results.
● Ensure every site you build is optimized for speed, security, and mobile responsiveness.
● Collaborate directly with the clients to understand project scope, provide progress updates, and ensure every website perfectly aligns with the client's business goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
● Proven website building expertise with a strong portfolio showcasing professional websites built for various businesses. A solid foundation in WordPress is essential.
● Basic knowledge of PHP and JavaScript, with a strong willingness to learn and apply them to backend development in WordPress and other page builder platforms.
● Platform versatility with experience in, or a strong aptitude for, quickly mastering multiple platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix etc.).
A genuine interest in and curiosity about AI-driven tools and their application in web development.
● Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
● A client-focused approach with a passion for helping businesses succeed online.
● Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to switch between different project requirements and industries.
Preferred Skills:
● Direct hands-on experience with specific AI website builders like Wordpress or Wix.
● Knowledge of on-page SEO best practices.
● Familiarity with basic graphic design principles for minor asset adjustments.
Work Environment & Benefits:
● Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST – Monday through Friday
● Compensation: ₹19,000 – ₹30,000 per month (role, benefits, and performance-dependent). Actual payout within the range depends on benefits eligibility and performance.
