We’re Hiring: Website Strategist & Copywriter

We’re looking for someone who can think through websites as true business tools — focusing on structure, messaging, and conversion.

This is a strategy-first role. Sales involvement is secondary.

What You’ll Do

Website Strategy (Primary Focus)

  • Run comprehensive branding and marketing discovery, using questionnaires that surface unique selling points, positioning, and common customer objections, then translate those findings into clear strategy briefs
  • Turn strategy briefs into information architecture, page-level messaging, and on-site selling points that directly address objections and amplify USPs
  • Audit websites to identify conversion gaps and surface opportunities tied to business outcomes
  • Lead creative direction, moodboards, competitor analysis, and visual direction that gives each site a distinct identity rather than a templated or AI-generic feel
  • Write and guide high-converting copy across all site pages (central to the role)
  • Pull input from SEO, GEO, and CRO specialists, translating their recommendations into both copy and design decisions
  • Partner with designers and developers through execution, ensuring their work supports the content strategically rather than decoratively
  • Oversee quality assurance across the full build, holding every deliverable to a top-tier standard where design, graphics, and copy work together with intent
  • Manage project timelines, contractor hours, and resource allocation across multiple builds at once
  • Flex scope and approach to hit strong outcomes across different budget levels, making smart trade-offs when resources are limited
  • Think about websites as revenue engines, not visual artifacts, every decision should ladder back to how the site drives growth

Marketing & Sales Support (Secondary)

  • Support pitches, proposals, and strategy decks
  • Occasionally join client calls
  • Help with outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, GEO)
  • No need to be a “salesperson” – this is support

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong copywriting skills (landing pages, offers, messaging)
  • Solid understanding of CRO and user behavior
  • Ability to turn business goals into website strategy
