Position: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience.
Evening Shift: 4pm-12:30am

At Advantage TerraFab, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality steel products to our clients. Our state-of-the-art facility specializes in custom steel fabrication, and we’re seeking a skilled Quality Control/Certified Welding Inspector to ensure our work meets the highest industry standards.
Job Responsiblities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of welded components to ensure compliance with AWS, AISC, and project-specific standards.
- Perform visual, dimensional, and non-destructive testing.
- Verify material certifications, weld procedures, and welder qualifications.
- Document inspection results, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control processes.
Qualifications:
- Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, welding inspection, fitter position, fabrication or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, welding symbols, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of NDT methods and industry standards (AWS D1.1, ASME, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members.
- Familiarity with fabrication processes, including cutting, forming, and welding, is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour
