Position: Welding Inspector Contract

This contract role requires a seasoned Welding Inspector with 5 to 10 years of industrial experience, emphasizing Quality Assurance and compliance with safety standards. You will oversee weld inspections, pressure vessels, and conduct visual assessments while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Your inspections will directly impact safety and structural integrity across multiple projects, making a real difference in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and evaluate welding processes and related equipment
• Supervise dimensional checks and paint inspections
• Review quality documentation and provide assessments
• Witness non-destructive testing and interpret results
• Document inspection results and investigate non-conformities
Requirements:
• Valid certification: AWS CWI, API 510, or API 570
• 5-10 years of inspection experience
• Background in Oil & Gas, Power, or Manufacturing
• Experience in witnessing NDE tests
• Ability to work 5 days a week, up to 10 hours
