Position: wind turbines and the manufacturing of wind turbine blades
We are looking for Inspectors having Experience in wind turbines and the manufacturing of wind turbine blades for one of our esteemed clients
Description:
Final inspections of 100% finished polyester infused blades, update inspection checklists.
Requirements:
Experience in wind turbines and the manufacturing of wind turbine blades.
The inspection will be visual, mostly focused on external features or internal items which are easily inspected from the root of the blade.
SGRE will provide the checklist to be full filled.
100% of blades produced by LM Dabaspet for SGRE projects during the time the inspector is assigned to this task shall be inspected and inspection checklist fulfilled.
Inspector may need to inspect blades in stock in LM Dabaspet yard too and follow similar inspection checklist and processes.
Inspector is expected to keep record of findings, follow and report LM output (findings) and progress by blade, weekly, monthly etc. classify by type of finding and criticality, re-port findings and KPIs (defined and trained by SGRE).
If necessary and upon previous agreement with LM Dabaspet management, inspector may need to walk the (shopfloor) process and witness improvements done in LM process to correct/eradicate findings previously detected.
Inspector may need to do ad-hoc internal visual blade inspections (details and instructions to be provided by SGRE).
Inspector is expected to communicate efficiently with regional SGRE SQE manager and collaborate with him during his visits to LM Dabaspet.
