UST Global is looking for an experienced Workday Test Lead / QA Lead to lead and coordinate testing activities across Workday implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both Workday testing and test management, with proven experience defining test strategies, managing execution, and coordinating testing across multiple Workday functional areas.
This role requires a hands-on testing leader who can collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality Workday solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead testing activities for Workday-related scope.
- Define and support test strategy.
- Manage and coordinate test execution.
- Work across functional Workday areas.
- Support overall testing planning and delivery.
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of experience in Testing and Quality Assurance.
- Strong experience with Workday Testing.
- Experience in Test Management and Test Leadership.
- Knowledge of Workday HCM.
- Cross-functional Workday experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
