/ 客户  Internal Scope / 内部范围 (e.g. BU, BA, RHQ, internal customer, etc.)  Internal department of PDAL / 大连工厂内部部门  Warranty service department / 售后服务部门 Principal Duties & Responsibilities:  Responsible for the customer complaint information collect, analysis and distribute. 负责客户抱怨信息的收集,分析及通报.  Organize the tracing for the suspect part, make sure the tracing information on time and correct. 组织对可疑产品定义进行追溯,保证追溯信息准确及时。  Responsible for organizing 8D tem; To carry out the containment measurement & temporary measurement (e.g. sorting/ rework etc.), rework instruction is necessary for the suspect parts;

To analysis the root cause, ensure corrective & comprehensive; To make and validate the effectiveness of the corrective actions and preventive action 负责组织8D团队; 组织8D 小组成员实施遏制和临时措施,针对可疑品返修必须有作业指导书;组织进行问题根本原因分析;对策制定;改善效果验证;  Responsible for organizing discussion within 8D team and communicating with warranty service department and creating & editing 8D report finally 负责组织8D小组讨论以及与售后服务部门沟通,并最终编制完成8D报告  Summarizing the data and creating LL for the warranty issues periodically. 定期总结售后质量问题,形成lessons learned  Visiting and communicating with customer periodically, coordinating the resource to improve the service continuous; Providing support on time in terms of technical & files & test & service on site and so on according to customer’s requirements 定期拜访客户了解质量诉求,协调内部资源持续改进; 根据客户要求及时在技术、文件、检测、现场服务等方面提供支持  Responsible for customer plant acceptance related work , tracking and closing the open issues. 负责客户厂验相关工作,同时跟踪和关闭审核不符合项  Responsible for preparing & response to the third part annual quality system audit and related certification work within the scope of responsible job . 负责职责范围内准备和应对公司年度外部体系审核和相关认证审核  Responsible for quality weekly report, & monthly report & quarter report for customer quality section 负责质量周报和周、月报和季度报客户质量部分  具备创新思维及创新意识,针对质量管理、检验方式及生产管理等提出创新性建议 Have innovative thinking and innovative consciousness, and put forward innovative suggestions for quality management, inspection methods and production management.  Other work assigned by Quality Manager 上级安排的其它工作

Qualification Requirements

任职资格

  • ThermalMechanicalautomotive engineering etc. engineering major is preferred 热能、机械、汽车工程等工科专业优先
  • Bachelor or above degree 本科及以上学历
  • English fluent both in written and in oral 流利的英语听说读写能力
  • At least 5-year quality assurance related working experience 3年以上质量保证管理经验
  • Mechanical or equipment manufacturing industry background is preferred i.机械或设备等制造业背景优先
  • Familiar with ISO9001 quality system related knowledge i.熟悉ISO9001质量体系相关知识
  • Familiar with quality tool (master in 8D, APQPFMEAMSASPCPPAP8DVDA6.3VDA6.4 familiar better) 熟悉质量工具(8D必须精通,APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, ,VDA6.3,VDA6.4掌握更佳)
  • Familiar with assemblingwelding product, process and production in production company 熟悉组装焊接产品,过程及生产工艺
  • Good organization, communication, coordination and presentation abilities 良好的组织,沟通,协调,表达技能
  • Ability of team work 团队合作能力
  • Initiative working altitude and ability to work under stress 积极主动的工作态度及在压力下工作的能力
