该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities岗位职责： 1）Review and analyze SQC data, identify trends, and establish improvement actions in collaboration with production teams. 分析SQC数据，识别趋势并制定改进措施，与生产团队协作提升质量。 2）Participate in cross-functional quality improvement projects to drive continuous improvement. 参与跨部门质量改进项目，推动持续质量优化。 3）Responsible for tracking and driving customer quality issue resolution, leading root cause analysis and ensuring effective implementation of corrective actions. 负责跟进客户质量问题并推动问题解决，主导根因分析并确保纠正措施有效实施。 4）Act as QC representative in NCM management, providing analytical support, corrective action recommendations, and disposition decisions. 作为QC代表参与NCM（不合格品）管理流程，提供分析支持、纠正措施建议及最终处置意见。 5）Conduct process, internal, external, and supplier audits to identify risks and drive improvements. 开展过程审核、内部及外部审核（含供应商审核），识别风险并推动改进。 6）Collaborate with cross-functional teams on MA approval, MOC evaluation, and specification setting from a quality perspective. 从质量角度与相关部门协作，支持MA审批、MOC评估及产品规格设定等工作。 Requirements岗位要求： 1）Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Material Science, Engineering or related fields. 本科及以上学历，化学、材料、工程等相关专业。 2）At least 8 years of experience in chemical industry, focusing on QA or customer quality. 8年以上化工行业经验，质量保证或客户质量相关领域。 3）Solid experience in customer complaint handling and internal quality improvement. 具备客户投诉处理及内部质量改善经验。 4）Good auditing skills; ISO 9001 internal auditor certification is mandatory. 具备良好的审核技能，必须持有ISO 9001内审员证书。 5）Strong problem-solving skills (6 Sigma, 8D, A3). 具备较强的问题解决能力（6 Sigma、8D、A3）。 6）Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Minitab. 熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint及Minitab。 7）Familiar with fine chemical production; experience in continuous manufacturing preferred. 熟悉精细化工生产流程，有连续生产质量控制经验者优先。
