Qualifications： 资质要求： -Bachelor’s or Master07s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field -工程、质量管理或相关领域的学士或硕士学位 -3+ years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors -3年以上质量工程相关工作经验，制造或工业行业优先 -Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards, FMEA, SPC) -熟悉质量工具与方法（如六西格玛、ISO标准、FMEA、SPC） -Proficiency in data analysis and quality reporting -精通数据分析与质量报告编制 -Excellent problem-solving and communication skills -优秀的问题解决与沟通能力 -Ability to work independently and in a team environment -具备独立工作及团队协作能力 -Experience working with international teams and suppliers -具有与国际团队及供应商合作的经验 -Excellent English language skills -出色的英语语言能力 -Willingness to travel -愿意出差
