- Reviews production lines to ensure use of control plans and process sheet.
- Support for the quality data analysis planning and regular quality report preparation
- Follow audit plan , including regular and random process audit
- Deal with nonconforming products and push the team to do analysis the root cause and set up action plan about the nonconformity, follow the status & effective of preventive and corrective actions
- Following the action plan set up and implementation for the performance lower than the target
- Customer complains following
- Follow the quality improvement projects, push the team to do continue improvement
- Quality concept & basic tool training for relative persons 任职要求：
Education required
Bachelor Degree
- Career and Skills Desired
3 years above as process QE role in automobile industries, competent skills bonded with quality assurance, like APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, etc.
- Others communication and conflict handling skills mandatory
Languages
English
Experience Required
- The die casting or hot working industry experience is preferred
- Ability to apply in managerial and leadership concepts and techniques
- IATF16949 Standard
