Perform quality Gates, check and support the Gates; ensure gate release (Future proceeding / new name of dev. / Process will be “SP” synchro Point/Milestone reviews) (BG)
Preparation and participation of Gate reviews and check of evidence for Q resp. and non-Q resp.
Moderate review and support EE/ME/Sys/NPL disciplines by using the review tool. Incl. Reviewing of processes, documents …
Approval of technical product release for (PRL 1 to PRL 3.5) and support PRL4 for Q Line Mgmt. release
Create and maintain the Quality Assurance Plan and monitor the progress during implementation.
Prepare and regular quality status report and escalate in case of project/product deviations
Moderate / Approve Technical Compliance (TC) Review
Verify and Review of ASPICE requirements
Align customer (SCs = special characteristics) with customer + consistency Check
Coaching and/or steering the project team on process adherence and quality methods and activities
Support of Audits and assessments (internal/external)
Conduct Process Checks and Track the containment actions up to closure
Ensure lessons learned are considered into the project and facilitate learning culture in the project team including read-across activities. Q specific LL and continuous improvement
Drive internal measures to improve quality performance (continuous improvements) and contribute to the Quality management global strategy definition and drive local execution
Estimate Project Q efforts
