What You Need to Know
Genesis Products is seeking an experienced Advanced Associate for our wood processing manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Conducting thorough inspections of paper treating processes and finished products.
Documenting and reporting any defects or non-conformities in the paper treating process.
Monitoring and enforcing compliance with quality control policies and procedures.
Collaborating with production teams to address quality issues.
Conducting visual inspections and measurements of treated paper products.
Operating forklifts to move materials and finished products as needed.
Maintaining valid forklift certification.
Having previous experience in quality control, preferably in paper or wood products manufacturing.
Utilizing and interpreting data from Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems.
Exhibiting excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Having the physical ability to stand for extended periods.
