- Review verification reports for accuracy and completeness, implementing quality assurance measures to maintain high standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding verification inquiries, providing updates and addressing concerns
- Identify inefficiencies in the verification process and develop strategies to enhance workflow and productivity.
- Ensure appropriate production problem records opened, monitored and closed
- Ensure processing deadlines are met
- Escalates/ communicates promptly to the supervisors on any system disruption or missed SLAs
- Has a complete understanding on the verification process
- Coaching & mentoring new team members on verification procedures and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
