One of our companies is currently looking for an Analista de Remuneração e Departamento Pessoal Sênior in Brazil.
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR professional with solid experience in Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation who is eager to drive transformation. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing processes in the Personnel and Compensation departments, ensuring greater efficiency and innovation. Your mission will be to bring data-driven insights, create scalable structures for variable compensation, and improve benefit strategies aligned with company growth. This position is ideal for someone passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence in a dynamic and digital work environment.
Accountabilities:
Transform and streamline People Ops processes such as onboarding, terminations, vacation, and time tracking
Lead strategic compensation initiatives, including structuring bonuses, commissions, and salary ranges
Propose and implement innovative, cost-effective benefits solutions without compromising quality
Ensure accurate and compliant payroll data for integration with accounting and finance
Analyze HR metrics and generate actionable insights to improve internal processes
Identify optimization opportunities and implement innovative practices to improve agility
Support a high-performance culture through compensation strategies that drive engagement
Requirements
Proven experience in HR, with emphasis on Payroll, Benefits, and Variable Compensation
Deep knowledge of labor and social security legislation, including eSocial
Strategic thinking and ability to propose process improvements
Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decision-making
Basic to intermediate knowledge in variable compensation: commissions, PLR, and salary structures
Experience working cross-functionally with Accounting and Finance teams
Familiarity with compliance audits and distributed (remote-first) work environments is a plus
