Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance professional to drive quality execution and continuous improvement in our Cambodia garment factory.
This is a hands-on factory role for someone who can turn customer quality requirements into effective production controls, identify risks early, and solve quality problems at their root.
This position is particularly focused on Target orders, so familiarity with Target requirements is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain quality SOPs, standards and inspection procedures.
Monitor quality across fabric, cutting, sewing, finishing and packing.
Identify quality risks and work with Production/QC to prevent defects at source.
Analyze defects, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Follow up recurring issues and drive continuous quality improvement.
Support customer and internal audits and ensure corrective actions are closed effectively.
Communicate customer quality requirements and ensure consistent implementation on the factory floor.
Required Experience
3+ years’ QA/QC experience in apparel manufacturing.
Strong understanding of garment production processes and workmanship standards.
Practical experience with AQL, SOPs, inspections and quality audits.
Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving capability.
Experience with CAPA / continuous improvement is preferred.
Experience supporting international or US retail customers is an advantage.
Fluent English for quality documentation and daily communication.
Hands-on, detail-oriented and principled, with strong ownership and execution.
Willing to be based in Cambodia.
